First Nescafe In Days
Its All Starting On Tuesday When I Woke Up With A Pretty Bad Headache.. A Few Actifast Didnt Do The Job And Especially With My Line Of Work At The Moment Requires Me To Be Checking, Inspecting, Monitoring On Outdoor Projects.. The Heat And The Humid Didnt Really Do Justice To My Body.. Usually I Always Tough It Out But Somehow I Cant Bear The Headache So I Took The Afternoon Off.. Took A Few Actifast And Sleep The Whole Of The Afternoon And Most Of The Night.. Didnt Feel Much Different But I Had This Weirdest Of Dream That I Drank Cough Syrup As If It Was Water Then On Wednesday Morning I Woke Up With A Cough..
Bangun Bangun Batuk And I Said Aikkk Mimpi Batuk Nda Kan Tarus Batuk.. But Nonetheless I Just Turned Up For Work As Usual And Fully Aware About The Amount Of Work Ahead Of Me.. Then My Body Starting To Feel Weak.. Badan Ani Bah Nyilu Berabis Even Naik Tangga Pun Terpaksa Perlahan.. Batuk Ani Apalagi Memang Makin Menjadi.. Ngam Lagi On That Day My Boss Ada.. And Biasalah Mun He Is In Town.. Apalagi Wadiiii.. Wadiiii.. Wadii.. Hehehe On Any Other Day I Tak Kisah.. But Bila Udah Lamah Atu Mengusut And Mengeluh Jua.. Had A Meeting With A Contractor On That Day.. And Then Most Of The Input Lagi Is On Me.. Then At The Same Time Ive Got A Few Contractors Walked In Jua So Keluar Berpanas And After That I Started To Feel Very Weak.. Lunch Time I Just Took A Few Panadol.. And Try To Sleep It Off.. Woke Up From My Nap And I'm Still Feeling Weak.. Turned Up For Work Just To Tell My Boss I'm Taking The Afternoon Off Again.. And Went Back Home And Sleep.. Just Before Dusk My Body Temperature Is Rising But I Just Try To Brave It.. Tapinya Nda Jua Ku Tahan So Biasak Ke Hospital Lah..
My Body Temperature At That Time Was About 38.3.. Panas Jugak And The Doctor Said I Had An Infection And De-hydrated As Well.. Biasak MC Lah.. Asked For An Antibiotic The Doctor Say No Need.. Ceh Kata Ada Infection Tapi Antibiotic Nda Mau Kasi.. And MC.. So Hopefully Lapas Ni Nyaman Lah Tidur.. But Tia Kang.. Bila Badan Panas Atu Ah.. Macam2 Bah Imaginasi Ah.. Mana Lagi Waking Up Every Hour Eh Seksa.. Then On Thursday I Thought The Worse Is Over Rupanya Its Just A Start.. Biasak Lah.. Bila Udah Damam Atu Liur Pun Nada And I Havent Eat Since Tuesday.. Minum Tah Nganya.. Badan Memang Lamah Lah Olehnya.. Anyhow Thursday Night My Body Temperature Naik Lagi.. And I Was Pretty Knock Out.. My Mum Was Worried.. Telinga Ani Andang Menaung Udah.. And I Keep On Meracau.. And I Didnt Realise That Until My Dad Wakes Me Up.. Tuhan Saja Tau Rasanya.. Baik Jua Ada Apa Tu Air-Kool Sticker Kah Mun Salah.. Salah Tah Ku Tu ehehe.. Yang Berakat Arah Kepala.. Atu Pun Haiya.. Sakit Jua Kepala Olehnya Bila Memakai.. Biasalah Badan Panas Bila Ditampal Sticker Atu Kedahi Ia Menyiruk Panas Atu So All The Heat Goes To Your Head.. Haiyaaaa..
Then On Friday Went To My Uncle's Place Biasak Berurut.. Buang Angin Konon But Bila Ia Cek.. Nada Angin Lerr Just Panas Dalam.. Heh Ya Ckp Bukan Nda Panas Badan Mu Ani.. Mun Udah Terasa Wapnya Arah Tangan Ah.. Sandi Lah Aku Kana Urut Tapi Yang Paling Sakit Arah Kaki.. Bila Ya Meluruskan Urat Ku Ya Allah Mun Bukan Menganang Petuan Ku.. Berterajang Kali Sudah Eh Even Until Now Pun Terasa Sakit On Both Of My Leg.. Mun Ku Terkenang Balik Masa Ya Mengurut Meluruskan Balik Urat Ku Atu Ya Allah.. Atit Aja Nda Aman Haha Apakan..

A Year Ago
Kawanku C MK Comment About This Photo Of Mine Telling Me How Slim I Was Last Year.. I Agreed.. Just Over A Year Later.. I'm Wide And Heavy Again.. Isk.. Damn Man.. My Appetite Just Gone Totally Bonkers.. My Fitness Drop And It Was A Big Big Ask And Effort To Regain It Back.. Long Gone The Day Where I Can Dance My Way Hiking Up To Bukit Sarang Helang.. Seems Like Light Years All Those Day Where Doing 10 Km Run Is Just A Piece Of Cake.. And It Didn't Help At All With My Knees Feeling Like Its Gonna Fall To Pieces After Every Run.. But I'm Not Gonna Take It As A Reason For Me Not To Look Like This Again.. No Matter How Painful Or Long It Take I Will Try To Achieve It Again.. Hip Hip Booohoooo!W
